Policy aim is to determine the rules, principles regarding to personal
and other data accessed by system operators from the webshop, but not to
the practices of companies we don’t own or control, or people that we
don’t manage..
The scope of this Policy applies to the data needed to operate this
webshop and accessible for operators only. This Privacy Policy does not
affect if somebody provides personal data in the system directly, with
her/his own will. FaduwArt Bt. (Service Provider) handles the Users'
(Customers') personal data according to the GDPR.
This Privacy Policy applies to this websites, as well as any other sites or mobile applications owned or operated by FaduwArt Bt. (each a “Website” and together the “Websites”). The “Websites” include the Websites themselves, and any web pages, interactive features, applications, widgets, blogs, social networks, social network “tabs,” or other online, mobile, or wireless offerings that post a link to this Privacy Policy, whether accessed via computer, mobile device, or other technology, manner or means.
While providing the Services – as described in
details below –, we may collect Personal Data about a Website visitor,
Member, person or email address on or related to a Mailing List, or
Subscriber.
Certain services in the webshop can be used only after user registration.“Personal Data,” “Personal Information” means any information that identifies or can be used to identify the person (Customer), directly or indirectly, Under user registration only first and last name, email address, phone number, address can be treated as personal data.

Data connected to publication protection: When user buys a DRMZ protected publication, we register her/his registration code along with her/his operation system identifier, date the pubication was registered. In this case we can help user in registration failure.
Data for invoicing: At user registration the mandatory data: name, address, e-mail.
Data for payroll: For personal income payment (e.g. for authors) other personal data are needed as tax authority requires.

By using or accessing this Service in any manner, User (Visitor, Customer) acknowledges that s/he accepts the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy, and s/he hereby consents that Service Provider collects, uses, and shares her/his data in the following ways, and handles her/his required data (name, address, e-mail).
Webshop owner (Service provider) takes reasonable and appropriate measures to protect Personal Data from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, taking into account the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the Personal Data.
Webshop owner does not store individual Internet account passwords in the accessible format, and will not divulge or change any passwords on any account without proper authorization from the account owner or responsible party.
In addition, any information collected through our websites
or over the Internet is transmitted using current industry-standard
security and/or encryption methods aimed at protecting our customer’s
information from unauthorized access or use. Webshop is stored on Tarhely.eu Ltd.'s servers.
Webshop
owner guarantees that any actions regarding Personal Data are carried
out in full compliance with this Policy and the principles set forth in
the EU GDPR.
Customer
can modify her/his own data, can unsubscribe from the newsletter
anytime. In this case Service Provider will not send newsletter anymore,
and deletes customer's data from subscribers' list.
Only Service Provider and its employees, partners (accountant: Reciprok Kft., online billing service provider: Creditech Magyarország Kft.) and they employees are entitled to process, manipulate and access of data. Service Provider is entitled to manipulate and process Customer's personal data during the contractual relationship, and in case of delay in payment, until its fulfilment.
Customer is entitled to require information about her/his data manipulation, to ask rectification, cancellation, blocking of her/his personal data, except the case of compulsory data storage (e.g. obligation to retain the invoices). At the Customer's request, Service Provider gives information about data manipulated by the Service Provider, or by Data Processor (which is entrusted by the Service Provider), source of the data, aim, plea, duration of the data processing, data processor's name, address, activities related to data manipulating, and also in case of data transmission, plea and address of the data transmission. Service Provider shall respond to the request as soon as possible, but within 30 days at most, in written form, in a clear and understandable way. The provided information is free, if the person requesting information has not applied for a request in similar case to the data manipulator in the current year, else the compensation fee is HUF 2000/information request.
Visitors may see ads and other contents on the website, which navigate the visitors to other sites: our partners, supporters, advertisers or other third party's website. Service Provider does not keep on eye the contents of these sites, so cannot be responsible for their contents, and practices, also they can change time to time. These sites have their own Privacy Policy, so if th Visitor navigates to them, their Privacy Policy comes to effect.
Advertisements can
appear on our website at User, because advertisement partners put
cookies on User's computer before. These cookies allow the advertiser
server to recognize User's computer, and to send compatible online
advertisements with data, which are not suitable for personal identity
using the given computer. These data allow the advertiser network to
support targeted advertisements, which may interested by User. Privacy
Policy of e-publishinghouse.com does not extend to these cookies (hence
these cookies were "installed" by other websites on User's computer).
Some
of the advertisements can be published by Google. Google's DART cookies
allow to publish advertisements, which are based on User's visits on
e-publishinghouse.com and other websites. DART uses data wich are not
suitable to personal identification, DOES NOT collect personal data
about the User, like e-mail address, name, address, etc. You can

Service
provider should compensate the damages suffered as a result of unlawful
data handling, or breach of data security requirements. The controller
may be exempted from liability, if he proves, that the demage was caused
by unavoidable circumstances beyond data handling.
User should be able to object to her/his personal data handling according to existing legislative measures.
Ha
a Szolgáltató, valamint az adattovábbítás keretében a partnercég, a
követeléskezelő cég, illetve a jogi képviselő a Vevő jogait az
adatkezelés során megsérti, a Vevő bírósághoz fordulhat, vagy
vizsgálatot kezdeményezhet a Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság
Hatóságnál.
Az adatfeldolgozónak a személyes adatok feldolgozásával
kapcsolatos jogait és kötelezettségeit a jogszabályok keretei között a
Szolgáltató határozza meg, és az általa adott utasítások jogszerűségéért
is maga a Szolgáltató felel. Az adatfeldolgozó az adatkezelést érintő
érdemi döntést nem hozhat, a tudomására jutott személyes adatokat
kizárólag a Szolgáltató rendelkezései szerint dolgozhatja fel, saját
céljára adatfeldolgozást nem végezhet, továbbá a személyes adatokat az
adatkezelő rendelkezései szerint köteles tárolni és megőrizni.
A
Szolgáltató az adattovábbítás jogszerűségének ellenőrzése, valamint a
Vevő tájékoztatása érdekében adattovábbítási nyilvántartást vezet, amely
tartalmazza az általa kezelt személyes adatok továbbításának
időpontját, az adattovábbítás jogalapját és címzettjét, a továbbított
személyes adatok körének meghatározását, valamint az adatkezelést előíró
jogszabályban meghatározott egyéb adatokat. Az adattovábbítási
nyilvántartásban való megőrzés személyes adatok esetében 5 év.
