These Terms&Conditions are valid when ordering and shopping on sites www.e-publishinghouse.com, or www.e-kiado.hu.

II. General Provisions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITION OF USE ("T&C") CAREFULLY, AS THEY CONSTITUTE A BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND THE SERVICE PROVIDER (FADUWART). BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, AND/OR OTHERWISE USING THE SITE OR THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY T&C. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, THEN PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SERVICE/WEBSITE.


This T&C regulates rights and obligations of the customer who orders product(s) on this site and of the Service Provider. The contract, without any written form, related to the purchase of the product in the webshop is concluded when Service Provider confirms the order by e-mail. This contract is registered on order number by the Service Provider.

The information related to the order is sent to the Buyer in an electronic format by Service Provider.

Order is placed by the Buyer means that s/he has read, understanded and agreed the "T&C". (Buyer shall accept the "T&C" during the purchase.)

III. Terms of Use

eBooks can be bought through electronic way, through this webshop only, via Internet. Service Provider does not accept orders via phone, e-mail or letter. Confirming the order and the invoice in PDF format are sent in an electronic way (e-mail). Buyer can modify the data given during registration before placing the order.

The time of the receipt is the time of the file dowloaded. After file downloading Buyer cannot use her/his right of withdrawal (according to Government regulation of 45/2014. 29. §.).

FaduwArt Bt. tries to keep data accurate in the webshop (product price, availability, description, etc.). Obviously incorrect, arising from disruption of system failures price, like 0 or 1 HUF, does not mean invitation to tender. For any error that may occure, the responsibility of the Service Provider is governed by Government Decree 17/1999. (II.5.) and Civil Code.

Relevant publisher shell be responsible for the content of the eBooks.

Buyer is responsible all the orders and other transactions which her/his password was used by (e.g. purchase was initiated.)  This liability should not arise if the password was accessed by third person without any fault on Buyer's part. Service provider accepts no responsibility or liability for demages caused by non-performance of order, delay, disruption of the service and/or  possible loss of business or personal information, or other financial loss.

IV. Copyright and Trademarks

The copyright in all content provided on this website is held by FaduwArt or by the original creator of the content. Except as provided in this  T&C, such content may not be reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including, but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without the prior written permission of FaduwArt or the copyright owner. If you are an owner of intellectual property who believes your intellectual property has been improperly posted or distributed via this website, please notify us immediately.
The trademarks, service marks and logos (“Trademarks”) used and displayed on this site are registered and unregistered Trademarks of FaduwArt and other third parties. Nothing on this website should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the website, without the written consent of FaduwArt or such third party which may own the Trademark.

V. Payment Options

At the moment you can pay by bank transfer only in the webshop. 

We plan to use other payment methods in the future, like PayPal or other credit/debit card options.

In the case of bank transfer, the money must be transferred to FaduwArt Bt.'s account at CIB Bank. It is also possible to pay at a bank branch. The Customer must pay the bank fee in the case of a transfer from abroad or in the case of a cash payment at a bank branch.

VI. Service Fulfilment

The download link for the e-books, or – if required by registration – the registration code, will be sent by the Service Provider to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase after the purchase. 

The Service Provider is not responsible for any damage resulting from providing an incorrect address. 

In the case of a bank transfer, the order will be processed manually after the amount has been received. This can take up to 1-3 days. 

The invoice will be sent by the Service Provider to the Buyer by e-mail after the product is made available. (If the product is free, the system will not issue an invoice, of course.)

VII. Purchaser Liability

All products (e-books and books) available for purchase in the web store are protected by copyright, and their illegal use, copying, distribution in any form, possible decryption of the code, illegal lifting of restrictions, and taking screenshots are prohibited. Violation of these is considered a crime. In this case, the Service Provider may terminate the Customer's user account and is entitled to suspend or delete the Customer's registration. If proceedings are initiated due to the violation, the Service Provider may transfer the data concerning the Customer that it became aware of during registration to the acting bodies in accordance with the laws applicable to the given procedure.

VIII. Information about the eBook types

E-books can be read on digital devices depending on the type. Generally, all publications can be opened on Windows 10+, MAC, iOS and Android.

DRMZ: can only be opened with the Javelin reader, requires online registration. The Customer will receive a registration code.

PDF: can be opened with any pdf reader, e.g. Acrobat Reader, Javelin

MOBI: can be opened on Amazon Kindle devices or with the Kindle application, which can be obtained from the Google Play Store for Android devices, the Windows Store for Windows systems, and the AppStore for iOS systems.

EPUB: can be opened with any EPUB reader, e.g. Kotobee Reader. For Android devices, it can be obtained from the Google Play Store, for Windows devices, from the Windows Store, for iOS devices, it can be obtained from the AppStore.

DOC, DOCX: can be opened with MS Word or a compatible editor

HTML: can be opened with a web browser, e.g. Chrome, FireFox..

KPUB: can be opened with KPUB Reader. It can be obtained from the Google Play Store for Android devices, the Windows Store for Windows systems, and the AppStore for iOS systems.

IX. Other Provisions

The Service Provider's system may collect data on the users' activity, which cannot be linked to other data provided by the users during registration, nor to data generated when using other Internet websites or services.

Customers registered in the web store are also entered into the Service Provider's own registry (there is an obligation to issue and retain invoices). By accepting these terms and conditions, the Customer agrees to the Service Provider processing their data. The Service Provider does not transfer the data provided in the web store to third parties, except for data processors (invoicing program operators and accounting firms).

If the Customer has subscribed to the newsletter, the Service Provider is entitled to send the user a newsletter or other advertising letter. The Service Provider is not obliged to check whether the data provided by the Customer during registration or at any other time is true or correct. The Customer is entitled to withdraw this voluntary consent at any time. In this case, the Service Provider will not send the Customer any more newsletters or other advertising letters after the withdrawal, and will also delete their data from those who have subscribed to the newsletter. Reviews and other related opinions about the products always reflect the views of the visitors, and the Service Provider is not responsible for their content. The Service Provider reserves the right to delete opinions that violate public taste, business interests or the law.

X. Final Provisions

Consumer complaints are handled in writing through the customer service at info@faduwart.hu, and by letter to FaduwArt Bt., 1144 Budapest, Kerepesi út 96.

In order to resolve disputes (consumer disputes) arising against the Service Provider in a simple, quick, out-of-court manner, you may initiate a conciliation board procedure. The competent conciliation board according to the registered office of the Service Provider is the Budapest Conciliation Board operating under the Budapest Chamber of Commerce and Industry (1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99.)

This contract will not be registered, it will be concluded exclusively in electronic form, it does not qualify as a written contract, it is written in Hungarian, and it does not refer to a code of conduct.

Valid from 1st of January, 2026 until revoked and/or amended. Its provisions shall only apply to contracts concluded after its entry into force; the provisions of the general terms and conditions prior to its entry into force shall apply to previous contracts.
